Job Description

As an Account Manager you will be expected to wear many hats. Working with both GreenWizard customer verticals (designers/contractors and building product manufacturers), you will be primarily responsible for the onboarding, launch and implementation of new customers. You will also carry a quota for renewal sales and contract upgrades for existing customer accounts.

You will be expected to develop rapport with key customer stakeholders while leveraging excellent service and strong business relationships to expand usage and adoption within the customer firm. Strong organization and analytical skills will be necessary for conducting in-depth analysis of client usage as well as recommending areas for account performance improvement. The Account Manager is responsible for initiating, facilitating and conducting quarterly account reviews and maintaining accurate, organized customer records. As a member of the GreenWizard Sales Operations team you will ultimately be responsible for maintaining and growing our user base.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • BA / BS or equivalent is required
  • 3+ years of B2B account management experience is required
