Adam Bernholz, Chairman and CEO, is a LEED AP (and JD/MBA) with broad venture growth experience. He previously founded, developed, and sold The Service Source, a B2B consultative-sales company representing a wide variety of business services.

Jerry Lepore
Jerry Lepore, President/COO, has 30 years of technology leadership experience. Most recently, Mr. Lepore directed all technology and operations as COO of BenefitFocus, a 500-employee software company serving the health care market that utilizes a similar hosted SOA platform. He has also served as CTO of Cigna Corp., COO of Cardean Learning Group, and Managing Director of Microsoft‟s consulting practice.

Teri Watson
Teri Watson, VP of Vendor Relations, has 25 years of building products and supply chain experience, most recently as VP Marketing for Guardian Building Products, the 2nd largest 2-step distributor of building products in the U.S.

Brent Trenga
Brent Trenga, Chief Green Officer, is a LEED AP who received his BArch degree and works as a Project Architect. He has worked on multiple LEED-certified green and sustainable projects at Neil Stevenson Architects. Mr. Trenga has real world experience with the pain felt in the market place, having spent hundreds of hours on projects specifying, evaluating, sourcing, comparing and documenting the underlying green building products.

Kevin Surace
Kevin Surace, Advisory Board, is CEO of Serious Materials, a manufacturer of advanced eco-friendly materials for sustainable construction. Serious Materials was voted #1 at Cleantech Venture Forum XII and has raised over $55 million in venture capital.

Eric Corey Freed
Eric Corey Freed, Advisory Board, owns the architecture firm organicARCHITECT, and is a nationally recognized leader in the push towards sustainable construction. He is also author of “Green Building for Dummies”.

John Wagner
John Wagner, Advisory Board, is co-founder of the Certified Green Dealer program, and co-founder of Green Builder Magazine. John is a prominent columnist for green building publications, and has authored a number of books on sustainable construction.

Max Zahniser

Curtis Ravenel
Curtis Ravenel, Advisory Board, Director of Sustainability for Bloomberg L.P.  Curtis integrates sustainability considerations into all operations and evaluates market risks and opportunities. Previously Curtis was the Financial Controller for Asia and Capital Planning and Financial Analysis Groups. Curtis also worked with a Recycling Advisory Council on full cost accounting and LCA. Curtis has a MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in History from Davidson College.

Ted van der Linden
Ted van der Linden, Director of Sustainability at DPR Construction, one of the top 50 contractor in the US doing over $1 billion in green building projects and the highest percentage of LEED-accredited professionals on staff among general contractors in the nation.  Ted is in charge of all Sustainability programs at DPR which includes development of cost evaluation tools for cost/benefit analysis of green building strategies, and is a long time Director for USGBC.

Buford Arning
Buford Arning is the President of Arndt & Herman Building Products Co., a division of ECMD.  For over three decades, Buford has been directly involved in the distribution and manufacture of building products, first with ECMD, a national building product distributor, and a principal distributor for the Lowe’s chain of home improvement stores, and subsequently with Arndt & Herman Building Products.

Beth Huntley
Beth is the Chairperson for the Sustainability Institute of South Carolina where she works to promote sustainable building practices across the State. Growing up in South Carolina,
Beth has developed a deep appreciation for the environment. After graduating from The Savannah College of Art and Design with a B.F.A. in Interior Design, she lived on Hilton Head Island and began her career as a designer. After owning her own business for nearly 20 years, her strong interest in design and construction led her to a career in real estate with Domicile.

James Wines
James Wines is a renowned architect associated with environmental design. Founder of SITE, the former Chair of the Environmental Design Department at Parsons School of Design, and currently a Professor at Penn State University. In 2000, Mr. Wines released his book Green Architecture. Winner of twenty-five art and design awards, including the 1995 Chrysler award for Design Innovation, he is also the recipient of fellowships and grants from The Kress Foundation, The American Academy in Rome, The Guggenheim Foundation, The Rockefeller Foundation, The Graham Foundation, The Ford Foundation, and the Pulitzer Prize for Graphics.

Carl R. Zeroski
Carl Zeroski is the founder of Quad Construction Company, a Philadelphia-based construction company with a focus on both governmental and private commercial projects. Project scopes ranging from new construction to environmental remedial construction, and average project sizes ranging from $1 million to $12 million. Carl is intimately familiar with GSA bidding and building criteria, having successfully bid and been awarded dozens of governmental projects. .

Eve Blossom
Eve Blossom is the founder and President of Lulan Artisans, a manufacturer and distributor of sustainable fabrics and furnishings. After earning a Master's degree in Architecture from Tulane University and practicing architecture at Gensler & Associates in Los Angeles. Eve returned to the U.S. and became the V.P. of Business Development at Gravity, Inc., and later founded Evolved Inc., an internet portal for non-profit groups.

William Grass, LEED AP
Bill founded Green Energy Consultants, LLC to provide consulting and engineering design services for architects, developers and contractors in the areas of renewable energy power systems, integrated building controls and energy management systems, LEED integration and documentation, energy modeling, independent building commissioning, and greywater and geo-exchange systems. His company does everything from product analysis and selection, to energy modeling and commissioning.
