Job Description

Prospect Generation Specialists serve as the primary sales resource for outbound contact and development of qualified prospects. Proactively develops sales opportunities for the GreenWizard Building Product Manufacturer Sales team through direct outbound telephone contact to existing and new leads. Converts leads into qualified prospective clients.

This is an intense but rewarding hunter telesales role. If objections and rejections challenge and motivate you versus get you down, this is the job for you.

The Prospect Generation Specialist supports the GreenWizard Sales team and will be accountable for directly contacting leads and generating qualified prospects. Additionally they will provide potential customers an in-depth introduction to GreenWizard's Integrated Marketing Program value proposition. Responsibilities

As the marketing/sales intern, you will report directly to the Director of Marketing and work closely with the marketing and sales departments. Responsibilities

This is an analytic role. Reporting directly to our Director of Sales Operations, you will be primarily responsible for organizing, analyzing and presenting sales, marketing and customer performance data. Making recommendations for improved performance in our sales vertical will be a component of the position.

You will assist in maintaining, organizing and cleansing our existing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database. We use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, prospects and existing clients in addition to monitoring sales performance. GreenWizard Sales Executives rely on Salesforce to manage their daily tasks and contacts with prospects and customers. You will be responsible for mining Salesforce to identify and resolve duplicate entries, inaccurate data and missing information. Strong analytical and organizational skills will be necessary in order to improve data integrity and processes.

You will work closely with both the marketing and the sales department to organize and track the success of and response to targeted sales/marketing campaigns. Creating and maintaining contact lists and performing market analyses to classify leads, prospects and existing accounts will be a part of this task.

The Sales Analytics Intern will also collect, organize and analyze sales performance data for GreenWizard Integrated Marketing Campaigns. You will formally present findings and recommendations to executive management for future use in GreenWizard sales campaigns, presentations and marketing collateral.
